Exporum Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”), Story 2003 Bldg, 5, Baekjegobun-ro 9-gil, Songpa-gu, Seoul, 05561, Republic of Korea, processes the personal data submitted through this buyer preregistration form for the purposes of (i) processing and managing your buyer preregistration for Korea Expo Paris 2026, (ii) sending practical information related to your participation, including admission instructions and event notices, (iii) managing visitor access, attendance administration, business meeting operations, and event operations, (iv) assessing buyer eligibility and buyer profile suitability for participation in buyer programs, business matching, and related services, and (v) conducting internal statistics, audience analysis, market demand analysis, and event improvement activities.

The personal data processed may include the information you provide in this form, such as your name, email address, contact number, address information, company name, company type, department, job title, decision-making role, annual turnover, current status of handling Korean brands, annual budget for Korean products, how you heard about the event, fields of interest, purpose of visit, business matching preferences, and other information you submit, as well as limited technical data necessary for the operation of the website and form, such as IP address, submission date and time, and system logs.

Fields marked with an asterisk are required. If you do not provide the required data, we may not be able to process your buyer preregistration or provide certain buyer-related services.

The legal basis for processing your data for buyer preregistration, participation management, buyer qualification review, and business matching administration is that such processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to participation and to manage your participation in the event. Where applicable, certain processing for internal statistics, audience analysis, market demand analysis, and event improvement is based on our legitimate interests in understanding and improving the relevance, quality, and organization of the event.

Your data will be accessible only to authorized personnel of Exporum Inc., including our operations team and marketing team, and to service providers strictly necessary for the operation of the website, form, communications, and event administration, including our website hosting provider (I’mweb) and email communication service provider (Stibee). Registration data is stored in our website database. We do not share buyer registration leads with external agencies or partners for lead collection purposes.

Your data may be transferred to and processed in the Republic of Korea. The Republic of Korea is recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection for personal data.

Your personal data will be kept for up to three (3) years from collection, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.

You have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and, where applicable, data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority, including the French supervisory authority (CNIL), where applicable.
